JADE Pallet handbuilds precision wooden pallets in standard footprints (48×40″ GMA, 1200×1000 mm and custom sizes). Our pallets are made using kiln‑dried lumber, heavy‑duty fasteners, and exact tolerances so they drop into existing supply chains. Perfect for warehousing, export, and display.

JADE Standard (JADE‑GMA)

Footprint: 48 × 40 in — Typical GMA configuration (7 top boards, 3 stringers/blocks). Kiln‑dried hardwood, standard height ~5.6 in. Tare weight: ~38–50 lbs depending on spec.

Material & Fasteners

Recommended wood: Kiln dried hardwood or treated softwood (AS/NZS / ISPM15 options)
Nails: Ring shank 50 mm common nails (or galvanized screws for heavy duty)
Tolerances: Top deck deflection < 10 mm under rated dynamic load
Finish: Optional paint or branded stenciling

JADE Pallet was born in a small workshop where years of hands‑on pallet repair and bespoke building taught us the value of tight dimensions. We build with respect for the shipping chain — pallets that fit into existing systems without surprise. Owner & founder: Jade Ann Byrne — builder, storyteller, and lifelong tinkerer.
